Welcome to the Botanical Painters website
The Botanical Painters at Brackenwood meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Conservatory from 10:00am.
New members are welcome at any time. So if you fancy having a go, do come along to either a Tuesday or a Wednesday meeting at 10:00 at Brackenwood Plant Centre and try a session painting.
We also hold a number of workshops during the year covering a range of subjects.
Botanical Painters at Brackenwood are a group of enthusiastic artists who meet regularly in the Conservatory at the Brackenwood Plant and Garden Centre, to study, draw and paint plants and their pollinators.
Most artists paint in watercolours, but there is no reason why people cannot use pencils, pen and ink, gouache, pastels or acrylics.
